The 40.5kV contact box automatic inspection line integrates laser marking, X-Ray inspection, power frequency and partial discharge tests. This line allows to increase the testing output by about 40%, while reducing the labor testing cost by 30%.

The fully automatic post-curing tunnel oven automatically monitors the temperature throughout the post-curing process. The internal hot air flow enables a uniform heat distribution inside of the oven, which ensure the uniform heating and post-curing of the products.

This significantly reduces the epoxy cracks, which is a major quality improvement. Also, this automatic post-curing tunnel oven allows to reduce the energy consumption by about 30% compared with a traditional post-curing oven.
